We are three professional athletes – Dylan Wykes, Michael Woods, and Rob Watson – creating community, content and coaching, to guide runners towards their personal and athletic potential. Whatever your event, from the mile to marathon and beyond we have you covered.

We have received experienced, personalized, hands-on coaching throughout our athletic careers.  We believe that runners at all levels should have access to that similar coaching experience that has allowed us to excel on the world stage from mile to marathon. Through ensuring that we get to know our athletes, based on personal feedback and unlimited online consultation, we tailor individual programs by considering your personal strengths, abilities, and goals.

We look to work with individuals who are committed to working hard and strive to reach their personal potential.

Our programs are not computer generated, nor developed from cookie-cutter templates. We offer an online coaching service that is customized to each athlete based on their running experience, running goals, and target races.


Mile2Marathon Coaching Programs for Runners Include:

-Initial one-on-one consultation & goal setting session via email, phone or skype

-Monthly personalized training schedule (adapted and altered to your progress)

-Free Athlete account on Training Peaks Software

-Regular communication with your coach via email, text, skype, or Training Peaks

-Instructional Videos for form drills, core, strength training & rehab exercises

-Intensive consultation on technique, performance nutrition, injury prevention & much more…

FEES

STARTUP PACKAGE ($100) Required for all new M2M athletes;

-Upon sign-up all new M2M athletes will complete a detailed athlete intake questionnaire.

-In-depth review of athlete intake questionnaire

-Initial in-person (depending on location) or facetime/skype/phone conversation

-Detailed discussions around goal setting, lifestyle, racing schedule and more to provide the best possible individualized training program

-Basic M2M nutrition guide

-Basic M2M strength training program

-M2M t-shirt


TIER 1 ($100/month)

This plan is best for athletes looking for a training program built specifically for them, but do not require the attention to detail and frequent communication with their coach that our other plans offer.

-Training plans are personalized and custom made by your coach – loaded into your personal Training Peaks training log on a monthly basis

-Email communication with your coach once per week

-Monthly skype/facetime/phone conversation

-Changes to training plan made monthly based on analysis, feedback and email communication

– Access to ‘members only’ section of M2M website – providing further content


TIER 2 ($150/month)

This is our bread and butter program. Training plans are designed specifically for each athlete and you receive regular communication with your coach.

-Training plans are personalized and custom made by your coach – loaded into your personal Training Peaks training log on a monthly basis

-Email communication with your coach 3 times per week

-Analysis & feedback provided by your coach once per week

-Program changes, questions and concerns addressed once per week

-Monthly skype/facetime/phone conversation

-Detailed race strategy session and post race debrief/analysis

– Access to ‘members only’ section of M2M website – providing further content


TIER 3 ($200/month)

This is the most in-depth coaching plan that we offer. It’s meant for the athlete that really wants to take their training to a new level and demands the attention to detail that having unlimited communication and feedback from your coach provides.

-Training plans are personalized and custom made by your coach – loaded into your personal Training Peaks training log on a monthly basis

-Unlimited communication with your coach including phone and text

-Unlimited adjustments to your individualized training plan

-Analysis & feedback provided by your coach as needed (unlimited)

-Detailed race strategy session and post race debrief

-Personalized Strength training program with guidance on implementation and periodization

-Customized Yearly Training Plan

-Access to ‘members only’ section of M2M website – to provide access to further content

 

 


Mile2Marathon Coaching Programs for Multisport Athletes:

With Mike’s burgeoning cycling experience in some of the biggest races across the globe and a brief, yet enlightening foray into triathlon, we are offer coaching for those athletes interested in duathlon, triathlon, ironman, etc. Our multisport coaching programs include all the same features and benefits of programs for runners.

Mile2Marathon Coaching Consultations:

We are now offering one-time consultations, where we review your current training program and suggest changes to help you improve as a runner. Fee varies, please contact us for more information.
